Opportunities on-line are updated daily. Current vacancies are also advertised in the national, specialist, professional and local press. We offer permanent appointments at a number of locations, depending on your qualifications and preferred area of work.

Graduate Vacancies
Use your degree to make a difference.

Current Campaigns
We are currently running recruitment campaigns for opportunities in Information Management and opportunities in Sensors and Countermeasures.

Our campaign for Team Leaders has recently closed, but we are happy to accept applications for this. If you are interested in the Team Leader role, please send your CV to dstlrecruitment@dstl.gov.uk stating your preferred location.

How to Apply
Details of how to apply can be found with each current vacancy or graduate vacancy. You can also download an application form. The selection process is designed to explore your qualifications, achievements, ambitions and suitability.

Who is eligible?
You must be a UK national and have resided in the UK for the previous five years.  If you hold dual nationality, of which one component must be British, you may be required to relinquish your non-British Nationality.  Some posts are not open to dual nationals, due to the sensitive nature of our work and the need to deploy personnel across a wide range of Dstl projects.
Security vetting will also be required.

Equal Opportunities
Dstl is a committed equal opportunities employer.  We promote a culture of diversity and respect for all people and actively strive to eliminate all discrimination on the grounds of disability, race, colour, religion, ethnic origin, age, sex, or sexual orientation.

For any additional information please contact Dstlrecruitment@dstl.gov.uk or visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.
