You should be aware that requests for information relating to the participation
of individuals in the MOD Service Volunteer Programme are dealt with
in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. This
means that following your initial call to the Helpline, when you will
be asked for basic details like your name, address and service number,
you will be required to provide proof of identity.
